39BYG hybrid stepper motor/ micro square motor 39mm sub-contracted
and uniform endcap
The 39mm series hybrid stepper motor rotates at a step angle of
either 1.8 degrees or 0.9 degrees. It measures 39mm in frame size,
and its motor body length is variable from 20mm to 45mm.
This 2-phase hybrid step motor is capable of delivering a holding
torque ranging from 550g.cm to 2800g.cm. Choices of holding torques
will be made by the design engineers during model selection.
Custom windings, shaft modifications, and mounting configurations
are available for OEM applications. Before a delivery, we will
especially inspect one by one the hybrid stepper motors by enduring
a dielectric strength of 500VAC for one minute. This inspection
process is necessary because it ensures the working safety of the
motor when it is connected to appliances.
